Commissioning, helium leak testing, Joint integrity management, Breachlock heat exchanger maintenance and leak repair.

What aspect of your service has exceeded client expectations?
Quick decisive decisions that benefit the project.

How do your services help you stay competitive within your industry or market?
By owning our own equipment and manage the operational maintenance we are able to manage costs. A rich history of data base’s to recorded and maintained knowledge for the future.

What advice would you give to someone considering procuring your services for the first time?
Get it right the first time with MCCS; I would challenge our clients to provide data to support that cheaper service providers can out perform a professional company. Unfortunately it is extremely rare that a project can be completed safely and efficiently when most of the decisions are made based on the cost to ensure the budget is met, this is one of the biggest illusions of all. Once the cheapest contractor is chosen the work will be extended and variations will be applied. With the work incomplete and not managed correctly, a third party will become involved (MCCS) to rectify the issues at an additional cost. And the worst this is that this is repeated for each and every project.

Could you share a success story that wouldn’t have been possible without your service?
Bukit Tua was one of the projects with many challenges. The project was commissioned in Indonesia, MCCS was involved from the onshore phase providing pre-commissioning, commissioning, valve testing and leak testing. This went on to the off-shore where MCCS supplied all the resources for the HUC, including all of the vessels and support. Due to some design changes the flow lines wouldn’t fit into place, with the help of 3 dimensional scanning and modelling, new isometrics were drafted to re-fabricate the spools, X-ray and tested prior to shipping offshore. These fitted perfectly, reducing time, cost and was safer as all fabrication could be done in an actual fabrication shop.

“MCCS truly goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients and deliver excellence in quality of work.”
