MCCS is proud to announce the successful completion of our pre-commissioning services for the Santos Pikka Phase 1 Project in Batam, Indonesia.

The project, which ran from 2024 to 2025, highlights our commitment to providing comprehensive and expert support for major industrial endeavours.

The Santos Pikka Phase 1 Project was a significant undertaking, and our team was instrumental in ensuring the integrity and operational readiness of the systems. We provided a full suite of specialised services, including Chemical Cleaning and Hot Oil Flushing, Nitrogen Purging and Helium Leak testing, using flange management software, which are essential for preparing new pipework and hydraulic systems for service.

Our team’s meticulous approach to joint integrity management and flange face protection throughout the project lifecycle was key to its success. By maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety, we were able to deliver a project that met all of the client’s specifications and contributed to a seamless transition to the commissioning phase.
